The time lapse was made using a PD 150 taking 2 seconds every 10 minutes during January 2012. This is the first time I've set up a long period time lapse and it proved to be a very interesting project. Previously, any time lapses I've done have been continuous speeded-up footage.

The outdoor season is swinging back into action, so here are a few videos from around the country.
1. A great EH Cup final encounter between Beeston and Hampstead and Westminster, played in Nottingham.
2. The 2011 Essex Derby between rivals Old Loughtonians and Chelmsford ladies, played in Chigwell. This match was a close affair.
